Our workshop is based in Malaysia. For now, we only ship within Malaysia and to Singapore. 

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Shipping within Malaysia:Flat rate of RM6. Free shipping for orders above RM200. 
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Shipping to Singapore:Flat rate of $7.50. Free shipping for orders above $100.

As all our jewellery pieces are made to order, kindly expect to receive your items in 1-2 weeks after placing your order.

Sometimes it takes time to restock our raw materials. If your order will take more than 2 weeks, we will inform you accordingly. Thank you for your patience and kind understanding.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or refunds at this moment. Do note that as all our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in the polishing and pattern of the stone are to be expected.

However, should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us here or Direct Message us on Instagram @peacemakers.studio with a clear photo of the item, along with your name and order number. We will rectify it as soon as possible.
